Families of neurodiverse children face a critical gap between sporadic therapy appointments and the daily consistency children need to progress. Parents lacked structured guidance for home-based therapy, while therapists, teachers, and carers had no shared space to coordinate care — leaving children without a continuous, adaptive support system.

We built an AI-driven therapeutic planning platform that generates personalized daily speech and occupational therapy plans based on multi-stakeholder input. Parents, teachers, SLTs, OTs, and behavioral specialists each contribute through role-specific input forms and document uploads. The AI synthesizes all inputs into a daily routine-integrated plan — adjustable in real time based on the child's health or mood. A chatbot interface guides daily interactions, generates communication diary entries, and supports plan revisions on the fly. Child profiles store assessments, routines, and event calendars, with controlled sharing across stakeholders.

Results
MVP delivers a fully functional web application enabling therapy plan creation, daily plan activation, stakeholder collaboration, and plan refinement based on user feedback. Success is measured by usability and the platform's ability to produce meaningful, schedule-aligned therapy plans that evolve with each child. Subscription-based monetization with a path to mobile (iOS/Android) and funding-backed feature expansion post-launch.
