We built an internal AI-powered data management platform with a natural language chat interface that lets teams instantly query a unified database of 30,000+ ingredients — pulling specs, supplier info, pricing, and market intelligence in seconds. A dedicated email inbox auto-ingests forwarded supplier and market data into the system. The Quotations Dashboard centralizes all customer quotes captured from email, supports automated quote generation with live inventory and pricing data, and provides daily/weekly/monthly reporting with quote-to-order conversion tracking. Market report integration gives purchasing teams real-time pricing trends for strategic decisions — all accessible through conversational AI queries.

Platform targets query responses within seconds, high uptime during business hours, measurable reduction in missed same-day quote responses, and strong internal adoption across purchasing, R&D, and sales. Success measured by decreased revenue loss from delayed quotes and improved quote-to-order conversion rates.
