The client wanted to build a web-based leadership development platform that helps managers translate learning into action. Leaders were struggling with generic training content, no follow-through mechanism, and coaches had zero visibility into user progress — creating a clear gap between knowing and doing.
We built a personalized leadership platform with an AI-adaptive content engine that assigns micro-lessons based on an initial assessment. The platform includes an automated action accountability loop (SMS/email reminders), gamification (points, badges, leaderboard), and a real-time coach console with nudge controls and monthly PDF exports. Coaches get full visibility; users stay accountable.
The MVP is designed to achieve ≥80% Day-30 active users, ≥70% weekly lesson completion, and ≥3 logged actions per user per week. The coach dashboard targets <2% data errors and all pages load in ≤2 seconds (P95). Architecture supports 50 concurrent pilot users with a clear path to thousands.
This build took about 3 months to complete from start to finish.
