
Mental health clinics in the US were losing patients to slow, manual intake processes. Staff spent excessive time on repetitive data entry, incomplete forms, and follow-ups — while patients dropped off due to long, confusing intake experiences. There was no structured way to capture and deliver intake data before the first appointment.

We built an AI-powered conversational intake and pre-screening assistant embedded directly into clinic websites via iframe or secure link. The chat-based assistant guides patients through a ≤13-question flow (5–8 minutes), handles light branching logic, and generates a structured administrative summary for clinic staff. No clinical decisions — purely intake automation. Clinics receive summaries via a secure dashboard and email notifications.

The MVP targets ≥40% reduction in manual intake handling, ≥20% improvement in intake completion rate, and at least 1 paid pilot within the first launch phase. Designed for HIPAA-ready compliance, <3s page load, and <2s intake response time — with a calm, mobile-friendly UI built to reduce patient drop-off and anxiety.

This build took about 2 months to complete from start to finish.
