Client & The Problem

The Client needed to automate their government procurement bidding process to handle the growing volume of opportunities on the government website. The manual process was time-consuming, prone to inconsistencies, and limited the number of daily bids that could be submitted—impacting both success rate and operational scalability.

Solution

We built a comprehensive AI-powered system—ABGS (Automatic Bid Generation System)—that automates the entire bid lifecycle: from opportunity discovery on government website to bid generation, submission, and follow-up. Using intelligent filters, margin-based pricing logic, document generation tools, and real-time communication modules, the AI agent submits 50–100 customized bids daily with minimal human intervention.

Results

The system significantly boosted daily bid capacity, reduced manual workload, and ensured consistent margins and compliance. Real-time dashboards, Google Sheets reporting, and email automation improved internal visibility and tracking. The company now operates with increased efficiency, higher win probability, and scalable bid management.
